Location: **Ocoyoapark Industrial Park** **What Makes You a Great Candidate** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or similar positions. * Experience managing personnel * Experience working for distribution CEDIS or warehouses **Responsibilities:** * Daily validation of physical vs. system reconciliation per project and location. * Generation of weekly reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and deviations. * Root-cause analysis of variances and proposal of corrective actions. * Preparation and maintenance of the monthly cycle count calendar, ensuring 100% inventory coverage within a defined period not exceeding 6 months, including associated audits. * Coordination of physical counting execution and reconciliation against the system. * Documentation of results and execution of adjustments only upon formal authorization from General Management. **Soft Skills:** * Numerical and logical analysis * Attention to detail * Discipline * Honesty * Effective communication **Benefits** * Monthly salary: $16,000\.00 net * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Quarterly performance bonus * Additional vacation days * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. **Join this great team!** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
