We are looking for a Corporate Restaurant Supervisor with experience in operations, team leadership, and unit openings, focused on delivering excellence in service and efficient operations within an executive cafeteria/restaurant. Responsibilities \* Supervise the daily operation of the corporate restaurant. \* Coordinate operational staff (kitchen, service, cleaning, and cashier). \* Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and service standards. \* Monitor operational incidents and internal customer service. \* Manage inventory, requisitions, and supplies handling. \* Verify adherence to internal processes and policies. \* Support the initial opening and organization of the unit. \* Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators. Requirements \* Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in restaurants, industrial cafeterias, or corporate restaurants. \* Experience leading operational teams. \* Knowledge of food hygiene handling. \* Availability to participate in the opening process. \* Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and leadership. \* Basic Excel and operational reporting skills.
