Position Summary: We are seeking a pharmaceutical professional focused on sanitary regulation and staff training to ensure regulatory compliance and supervise SOPs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Regulatory assurance and supervision of sanitary regulations 2. Management and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 3. Design and delivery of training on regulatory compliance and good practices We seek a pharmaceutical sciences professional with a strong focus on sanitary regulation and personnel training. Your primary objective will be to ensure full compliance with applicable current regulations in the sector, supervise and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and design and deliver key training programs for the team. **What will you do with us?** * **Regulatory Assurance:** Supervise and ensure strict compliance with current sanitary regulations applicable to facilities. * **SOP Management:** Review, update, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operations align with required standards. * **Training:** Design, structure, and deliver training programs (primarily online) for staff on regulatory compliance, good practices, and internal processes. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree with title and professional license in **Chemical-Pharmaceutical-Biologist (QFB)**, **Bachelor of Pharmacy**, or a related field in the pharmaceutical sector. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of current Mexican sanitary regulations, document control (SOPs), and internal audits. * **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to conduct virtual training sessions, and a meticulous, quality-focused profile. **Employment Offer and Benefits** * **Monthly Salary:** $15,000 MXN gross. * **Enhanced Benefits and Perks:** * Savings fund contribution of 10%. * Grocery vouchers. * Free cafeteria service. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Miguel Hidalgo Borough, CDMX (For reference, we are located near the **Río San Joaquín Metro Station**).
