Preparation of billing reports and tracking. 53 Cargo is a Mexican 3PL company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in domestic dry-van trucking (48- and 53-foot trailers). We operate nationwide with presence in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Chihuahua, delivering logistics solutions focused on efficiency, traceability, and service. **Job Objective** Ensure timely monthly billing by validating, controlling, and submitting required documentation, thereby guaranteeing accurate service release and effective customer communication. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that service evidence is complete and correct per customer requirements. * Submit required documentation for service release promptly and accurately. * Prepare and manage submission of service release forms for billing. * Track billing processes to closure. * Identify and escalate critical cases or stalled processes. * Maintain constant communication with customers for tracking and incident resolution. * Maintain physical and digital documentation control and archiving. * Generate customer- and period-specific billing and tracking reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Logistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in logistics, specifically in billing and customer service. * Proactive attitude and effective communication skills with customers. * Proficiency in Excel for report generation. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to escalate critical cases. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000 to $14,000 MXN (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * SGMM Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership discount * Free parking * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
