Founded in Spain and currently present in over thirty countries. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the status of the customer portfolio by weekly downloading into the system the report including: due dates, payments, and deviations, following up on accounts receivable for each customer, thus obtaining the analysis of the portfolio for each business unit. * Collect financial and credit information from current and potential customers by requesting from commercial areas and controllerships the documentation containing the minimum requirements established by the risk committee, ensuring timely submission to the treasury management team. * Prepare weekly financial reports upon request, month-end closing reports, and dashboards, which serve as the basis for treasury and credit results presentations to senior management, thereby informing management about cash management, liquidity, and company financing. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (Graduated). **Advanced spoken English REQUIRED (evaluation will be conducted)** **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in treasury areas with interest in learning accounts receivable. **Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of cash flow reporting and portfolio reporting (DESIRABLE).** **We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary ranging from $20k to a maximum of $26k depending on evaluation**. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Hybrid work scheme: 1 day in office and 4 days remote. * Work location: CDMX (Near Plaza Lilas in Santa Fe).
