Job Description and Responsibilities This role supports regional manufacturing operations by developing, standardizing, and maintaining execution\-ready training materials across multiple sites. The position ensures training content is aligned with engineering, process, and quality requirements while supporting scalability, compliance, and workforce flexibility. **Key responsibilities:** * Develop and standardize regional training materials (presentations, job aids, assessments, trainer guides). * Translate technical documentation into clear, structured training content. * Support NPI launches and process changes through updated training materials. * Maintain skill\-based training modules aligned with the regional skills matrix. * Develop train\-the\-trainer content to ensure consistent delivery across sites. * Enable cross\-training and workforce scalability through structured learning paths. * Ensure version control, audit readiness, and compliance of all training documentation. * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and local training teams to validate and deploy content. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, Manufacturing, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing training development, instructional design, or production support. * Experience in multi\-site manufacturing environments. * Strong ability to convert technical/process documentation into structured training materials. * Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * Strong organizational, analytical, and cross\-functional communication skills.
