Position Summary: We are seeking a Support and Installation Technician for automation and control to provide customer assistance, perform installations and configurations, and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and troubleshooting for automation equipment 2. Installation, configuration, and commissioning of industrial equipment 3. We invite you to join this outstanding team as: **\*\* Support and Installation Technician \- AUTOMATION AND CONTROL\*\*** **YOU ONLY NEED:** Education: Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields Work Experience: 2 years in the Industrial Automation sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers for resolving equipment failures. * Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of industrial equipment. * Track technical issues to resolution in coordination with the engineering department. * Participate in the **integration and connection of equipment** according to technical specifications. * Participate in assembling demonstrations or required equipment. * Support general technical department activities as needed. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Fundamental principles of **industrial electricity and electronics** * Proficiency with **sensors, controllers, PLCs, and automation devices** * Ability to interpret **electrical diagrams and wiring connections** * Basic configuration of industrial equipment (parameterization and adjustments) * Functional testing in laboratory and field environments * Diagnosing and resolving failures in electrical or electronic equipment * Familiarity with SICK, Schmersal, and STAHL brands.
