Teamwork with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus ***Requirements:*** * Education: Completed and verifiable degree or technical diploma in electronics or automotive mechanics. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge and proficiency. * Minimum one year of essential experience with GPS and satellite tracking equipment. * Proactive attitude. * Customer service experience. * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. * Punctuality. * Teamwork and strong sense of urgency. ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform GPS device activations and functional testing. * Enter information into various databases, including record creation and deletion. * Configure GPS devices. * Manage GPS device inventory. * Support reporting and follow-up for the customer service department. * Assist the device programming department with preparation, deliveries, and shipments. * Supervise and coordinate courier services. * Provide customer assistance and technical support.
