**Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor**
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Work location: Col. Mexico Nuevo, Atizapán de Zaragoza
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or completed high school diploma
Experience required in:
Daily reconciliation of logical vs. physical inventory, reporting and resolving any system discrepancies. Auditing loading and unloading of vehicles. Material receipts and issuances.
Immediately report and resolve any warehouse discrepancies occurring during the day; do not leave until the discrepancy is resolved in the system. Report all warehouse discrepancies to General Management at all times. Receive, organize, and distribute goods. Receiving vs. Purchase Order (PO) verification, and inspection of goods against specifications and quality requirements stated in the PO. Fully responsible for 100% physical vs. logical inventory reconciliation at month-end closing, ensuring completion without time-related issues; including thorough analysis of warehouse discrepancies and corresponding inventory adjustments. Responsible for delivering raw materials to production. Validate production closure delivery orders. Report shortages and overages per production order, warehouse receipt, and warehouse shipment.
Zero shortages (inventory). Adhere strictly to established rules and procedures. Optimal restocking, receiving, and recordkeeping.
**Proficiency in Aspel SAE and PROD**
