A recognized telecommunications company is seeking a: Telcel Store Manager SAMARA SHOPS SANTA FE What will you do? As Store Manager, you will lead the store, supervising and managing daily operations to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers and a motivating work environment for your team. Your main responsibilities will include: -Supervise daily store operations. -Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service quality goals. -Monitor inventory and analyze key performance indicators. -Resolve conflicts and efficiently manage incidents. -Generate administrative and performance reports.
