Repair Technician Techpeople (Apple Authorized Service Center) is a leading provider of technical support services for Apple devices. We are currently looking for an Expert Technician specializing in the repair of computing and mobile telephony devices. Work Location: iShop Parque Delta Responsibilities: • Attend to and understand customer needs to deliver timely and efficient solutions. • Diagnose, perform maintenance, and repair devices following official Apple procedures. • Resolve hardware and software issues on customers’ devices. • Record device intake and output, as well as detailed service performed. • Promote company services (warranties and support). • Ensure compliance with repair quality and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in technical support, diagnosis, and repair of mobile phones or computing devices. • Solid knowledge of hardware and software. • Passion for technology and customer service orientation. • Completed high school diploma; incomplete bachelor’s or engineering degree (Systems, Computer Science, or related field). • Availability to work retail hours from Monday to Sunday, with rotating weekly days off, in shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (rotating).
