Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Executive with experience in payroll administration, applicable laws, and personnel management to perform calculations, processing, and internal customer support. Personnel management and internal customer service **Tax and Accounting Firm (Satellite)** Seeking: **PAYROLL EXECUTIVE** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. (Intern or graduate) · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. · Experience managing construction workforce. (SIROC preferred) · Proficiency in **NOI** is mandatory. · Intermediate/advanced Excel skills **We Offer:** **Gross monthly salary: $14,000.00** Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Knowledge Requirements:** · Proficiency in laws governing payroll-related tax calculations, including ISR, INFONAVIT, IMSS contributions, FONACOT, and all other topics related to Payroll Administration. · Payroll stamping (timbrado). · Incident tracking and data entry. · Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, etc. · Intermediate \- advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** · Filing of Quarterly Declarations (SISUB and ICSOE)—which lead to REPSE (Registry of Specialized Service Providers and Specialized Construction Contractors) · Weekly/biweekly payroll calculation for a minimum of 400 employees · Preparation of bank layout files for weekly and biweekly payroll disbursement · Calculation of severance payments and settlements · Preparation of SUA—reconciliation with IDSE and payroll records · IMSS employee registration, termination, transfer, and modification procedures · Calculation, review, and payment of obligations to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT · Internal customer service (payroll-related inquiries and related matters) Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
