Responsible for administrative documentation and commissioning of projects A leading company specializing in the design and installation of building automation engineering systems is seeking an: **“HVAC Installation Supervisor”.** **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** Architect, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automation and Control Engineer. **EXPERIENCE:** 3\- 4 years of experience in supervision, personnel management, HVAC system installation, and ventilation systems. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in AUTOCAD (mandatory). * Supervision of installations, equipment start-ups, and testing. * Knowledge of estimates and generators, surveys, office work, and fieldwork. * Familiarity with direct-expansion equipment, variable refrigerant flow systems, water-cooled systems, and air-cooled systems. * Knowledge of chilled water systems, variable-speed and constant-speed pumping systems. * Technical expertise in HVAC installations. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Manage and control material supply * Install and commission HVAC equipment. * Prepare administrative documentation for the project (delivery letters, estimates, warranty letters, handover folders, as-built drawings, requisitions). * Verify activities performed by internal staff and contractors. * Supervise site work during equipment commissioning and final deliveries. * Supervise the quality of engineering installations. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork * Verbal and written communication * Writing skills * Punctuality * Proactivity **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $25,000 MXN gross per month. * Statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term employment contract. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Work location: Travel to various construction sites within Mexico City. **Join our team!** **Apply through this channel.** Job type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
