Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Installation Supervisor to manage and control material supply, equipment installation and commissioning, and supervise engineering quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the supervision and commissioning of HVAC and ventilation systems. 2. Manages administrative documentation and installation quality. 3. Requires knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced refrigeration systems. A leading company specializing in the design and installation of building automation engineering is seeking an: **“HVAC Installation Supervisor”.** **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** Architect, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automation and Control Engineer. **EXPERIENCE:** 3\- 4 years of experience in supervision, personnel management, HVAC system installations, and ventilation systems. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in AUTOCAD (mandatory). * Supervision of installations, equipment start-ups, and testing. * Knowledge of estimates and generators, site surveys, office and field work. * Knowledge of direct expansion equipment, variable refrigerant systems, water-cooled and air-cooled systems. * Knowledge of chilled water systems, variable and constant flow pumping. * Technical knowledge of HVAC installations. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Manage and control material supply. * Install and commission HVAC equipment. * Prepare project administrative documentation (delivery letters, estimates, warranty letters, delivery folders, as-built drawings, requisitions). * Verify activities performed by internal staff and contractors. * Supervise construction during equipment commissioning and final handovers. * Supervise the quality of engineering installations. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork * Verbal and written communication * Writing skills * Punctuality * Proactivity **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $25,000 MXN per month (gross). * Statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term contract. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
