Reduce asset loss and ensure trained personnel. **Job Description:** Responsible for identifying and assessing property security risks, implementing the company’s security policy, and responding to crises or emergencies. Protects personnel integrity, assets, facilities, confidential information, and corporate image, ensuring compliance with security management system guidelines and supporting the business continuity plan. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily on-site security operations. * Verify position coverage and proper appearance of security personnel. * Review logs, track incidents, and escalate as necessary. * Ensure positions are equipped with required operational guidelines and physical resources. * Evaluate guard performance and supervise 17-point inspections. * Generate security reports, statistics, and metrics. * Conduct internal and external patrols to identify risks. * Support internal investigations, access deactivations, and removal of unauthorized individuals. * Support security audits (CTPAT, OEA, BASC). * Participate in trainings, courses, and departmental meetings. ### **Objectives** * Reduce asset loss. * Ensure trained security personnel. * Achieve corporate objectives from a security perspective. ### **Requirements** **Education:** High school diploma **Language:** English desirable **Knowledge:** Property security, first aid, evacuation, fire suppression, and applicable regulations. **Skills:** Leadership, organization, problem-solving, proactivity, responsibility, teamwork, and working under pressure.
