Risk analysis and continuous operational improvement Position Objective: Ensure the proper operation of assigned security services, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, effective supervision of operational staff, and customer satisfaction through strategic management of resources, processes, and risks. Requirements: \* Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in security, administration, or related fields). \* Minimum 5 years of experience in private security, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar role. \* Experience managing operational personnel (guards, supervisors). \* Knowledge of asset protection, risk analysis, and security protocols. \* Customer relationship management and conflict resolution skills. \* Willingness to travel and supervise services on-site. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and report generation. Main Responsibilities: \* Supervise and coordinate the operation of security services (guards, supervisors, monitoring, etc.). \* Ensure full service coverage and appropriate personnel allocation. \* Manage and lead operational teams (guards, shift supervisors, supervisors). \* Implement security directives, protocols, and risk prevention plans. \* Maintain direct communication with clients, address incidents, and ensure service quality. \* Conduct risk analyses and propose operational improvements. \* Supervise compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines. \* Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations for operational staff. \* Track incidents, reports, and operational KPIs (coverage, turnover, incidents, etc.). \* Coordinate site visits and operational audits.
