Inotec is an infrastructure company specializing in structured cabling, network, CCTV, and electrical installation services. Job Description: At INOTEC, we seek a Construction Supervisor with strong character and leadership to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the highest authority on your assigned project, responsible for on-site oversight ensuring contractors comply with technical quality standards, enforcing mandatory use of safety equipment, and validating that reported progress is genuine before authorizing any disbursement. Main Responsibilities: ● Execution monitoring and control. ● Industrial safety. ● Basic reporting and administrative tasks. **Mandatory Requirements:** ● University-level Technical Degree (TSU), incomplete Engineering degree, or recent graduate (Electrical, Civil, or Architecture). ● 1–2 years of experience as a foreman, safety supervisor, or junior resident in electrical/CCTV installations. ● Firm character. ● Availability: Must be able to rotate shifts (Night Shift / Weekends). **Desirable:** ● DC\-3 certification. ● Basic WhatsApp/Apps proficiency: To send real-time photographic reports. **We Offer:** Competitive salary of $12,000 \- $15,000 Gross Monthly, depending on candidate’s experience and skills.
