




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide on-site support, diagnose failures, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Provide on-site technical support to end users 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures 3. Participate in the technological installation of new stores **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT!** **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical support to end users * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures * Install and configure computer equipment * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and printers * Participate in the technological installation of new stores (POS, CCTV, and associated technological equipment) * Monitor servers and service status **Requirements** * Age: 25 to 35 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (in progress, internship, or completed) * Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site or field technical support * Knowledge of computer equipment maintenance and backups, networks, and antivirus software * Proficiency in Operating Systems: Windows and Mac * Basic English * High schedule availability If you meet the profile and are interested in joining a dynamic and growing team, apply now!
