At NETWEY, we are looking for Technical Support Executives passionate about customer service and with an interest in technology. Location: Periférico Norte, at the level of McDonald’s Palmas, Ciudad de México. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Computing, or related field (graduated, intern, or completed studies). Minimum 3–6 months of experience in technical support, help desk, or remote assistance. Customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, etc. Knowledge of routers, modems, switches, and end-user support. Experience in telecommunications (desirable). Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off (holidays paid at double rate). We Offer: Monthly salary: $12,000 tax-free (paid biweekly). Statutory benefits from day one.
