Short-term professional development and an excellent work environment **Human Resources Manager** A major corporation specializing in Call Center and Collections is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with strategic and operational experience in human talent management, results-oriented leadership, team leadership, and workplace climate enhancement within dynamic, high-performance environments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Coordinator. **Mandatory experience in:** * Knowledge and application of NOM-035 * Workplace climate * Personnel administration * Recruitment and selection * Training and organizational development * Management of KPIs and retention strategies * Leadership and management of work teams * Excellent communication skills and results orientation * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise HR processes * Implement workplace climate and talent retention strategies * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes * Monitor employee training and development * Administer incidents, personnel control, and compliance with internal policies * Prepare reports and track departmental KPIs **We Offer:** * Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 per month, commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits **(IMSS registration, vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus)** * Job stability * Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Short-term professional development * Excellent work environment **Work Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico; interested candidates must apply through this channel.** Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Experience: * HR Manager: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
