If you have experience in this field and are passionate about continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! ### **Responsibilities:** Answer customer calls for document verification, generate contracts, and conduct installation follow-up ### **We Offer:** Monthly base salary $9,452 Bonus $1,000 Bi-weekly payment Statutory benefits Paid training ### **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma (certificate required) Call center experience (ATC) // Minimum 6 months of document verification experience Flexible availability for work shifts ### **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Rotating weekly days off) * Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Rotating weekly days off) **IMPORTANT NOTE**: ### **Must not have previously worked for\-Grupo Salinas nor have outstanding debts with Banco Azteca** **Work Location** Monrovia 1117, Portales Nte, Benito Juárez, CDMX
