Join our outstanding team as: **Training and Organizational Development Coordinator** Requirements: * Education: Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 3 years implementing onboarding courses, sales force training, communication, tracking training outcomes, onboarding processes, group dynamics, conducting workshops on values and managerial skills, administering workplace climate surveys, DNS, designing technical training programs, performance evaluations, career and life planning. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday * Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred * Knowledge of training courses for (sales floor staff, general assistants, warehouse assistants, drivers, operational personnel), (management roles), and administrative personnel * Dynamic, extroverted, and proactive * Organizational charts, performance evaluations, etc. Our Offer: * Monthly salary: $18,000 net (negotiable based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Work location: Downtown CDMX (two blocks from Zócalo or Pino Suárez) * Growth opportunity Interested candidates who meet the profile should submit an updated CV via this channel; we will contact you shortly.
