Participate in the technological implementation of new projects **IT Coordinator – CDMX** A retail-sector company is looking for an **IT Coordinator**, responsible for ensuring the technological operation of offices and retail locations, providing user support, and guaranteeing system continuity. Responsibilities * Ensure IT service operation and continuity at offices and stores * Provide technical support to users, ensuring agile and effective assistance * Supervise the proper functioning of equipment, systems, networks, internet, and telephony * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize operational disruptions * Manage user access, configurations, and support across various platforms * Monitor technology vendors and ensure service-level agreement compliance * Participate in the technological implementation of new store openings and business projects Profile * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Prior experience in technical support and IT infrastructure * Experience supporting multiple users or branches (retail experience preferred) * Knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and telecommunications * Organized, proactive profile with a service-oriented mindset Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * Food vouchers Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Polanco, CDMX
