This position focuses on providing information about our tourism services, following up with potential customers, and supporting the customer service and sales closing process. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Customer attention and follow-up via telephone * Providing information about tourism services and experiences * Prospecting potential customers * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Following up with interested customers * Customer profiling based on their needs * Updating information and tracking progress in the system * Supporting the sales process and delivering personalized service **Requirements** -------------- * Completed or incomplete high school education * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for sales and customer service * Basic computer skills * Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service (preferred) * Availability to work on-site **We Offer** ------------- * Integrated monthly income of $10,000 to $15,000 * Integrated base salary of $9,500 per month * Monthly attendance bonus of $1,500 * Weekly productivity bonus of $1,000 * Statutory benefits * Paid training * Opportunities for professional growth * Internal engagement activities and productivity-based benefits * Partnerships with universities and restaurants **Work Schedule** ----------- * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Work Location** ------------------- Near MB París and Revolución Metro Station, Mexico City. **Position Type** ------------------ Full-time **Salary** ---------- $10,000 to $15,000 per month **Workplace** -------------------- On-site employment **Application** --------------- Interested candidates are invited to apply through this platform with an updated CV.
