**Job Objective** Supervise and ensure the proper operation and administration of assigned dining halls, guaranteeing compliance with CSM’s operational, hygiene, service, and customer care guidelines. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Administration, Gastronomy, ESDAI, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as Restaurant Manager, Industrial Dining Hall Manager, or similar position. * Knowledge of food hygiene handling standards. * Experience managing and supervising staff. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Own vehicle and availability to travel between different sites. * Flexible schedule availability. * Enthusiasm for working with children. * Sociable, extroverted individual focused on service. * Results-oriented, organized, and committed. * Excellent attitude and strong communication skills. **Coverage Areas** Ecatepec, Chalco, Iztapalapa, Santa Fe, Ajusco, and Estado de México. ***Important: This is a permanent position. The role is multi-site, therefore it does not have a fixed location.Responsibilities*** * Supervise the proper operation of assigned dining halls. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date files for children attending the dining hall. * Conduct inventory counts of raw materials, equipment, and stationery. * Supervise proper preparation and service of the daily menu. * Coordinate and plan pre-preparations for the following day’s operations. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Generate and manage printed and digital forms. * Supervise and coordinate operational staff. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, order, and service standards. **Ideal Profile** We seek a dynamic, organized, and leadership-oriented individual passionate about service and customer care, capable of adapting to diverse work environments and maintaining efficient operations across each assigned dining hall. **We Offer** * $18,320 gross per month * Food vouchers equivalent to 6.5% * Social security coverage starting on Day 1 * 3 vacation periods per year * Annual performance bonus * SGMM after three months * Staff meals per shift * **Schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Dining hall service * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
