




**HR Manager – People Experience & Recruiting** **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site **About Us** We are a high-growth Mexican startup operating +70 dark stores and managing a team of over 400 employees. Our pace is fast, our goals are ambitious, and we seek talent that elevates the team’s performance from day one. **Job Description** We are looking for an HR Manager who combines **strategic mindset**, **flawless execution**, and **data obsession**. You will lead People (operations + recruitment + administration + culture) to ensure coverage, efficiency, retention, and a consistent employee experience across all operations. We need someone who can seamlessly navigate between talent strategy, daily operations, and real-time problem solving. **Responsibilities** **1. Recruitment & Headcount (Core of the Role)** * Build a scalable recruitment engine for both operational and corporate roles. * Ensure stable staffing across 30–50 stores, proactively anticipating personnel needs. * Design and monitor key KPIs: recruitment funnel, hires, retention, turnover, and time-to-fill. **2. People Operations** * Manage the entire workforce (400+ HC): onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, contracts, and probation periods. * Ensure robust administrative processes: attendance tracking, payroll deductions, bonuses, severance payments, vacation management, and IMSS compliance. * Execute disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and NOM-035. **3. People Analytics** * Create clear, actionable dashboards in Google Sheets. * Analyze trends in turnover, retention, absenteeism, and productivity. * Deliver weekly insights to General Management and Operations. **4. Culture & Employee Experience** * Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability. * Implement recognition programs and internal communication initiatives. * Organize corporate events and activities that strengthen engagement. **5. Team Leadership** * Lead and develop a team of 8–10 HR Business Partners (HRBPs). * Cultivate an internal culture of discipline, accountability, and results orientation. **Requirements** * +5 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience leading teams and managing large workforces (400+ HC). * Background in retail, logistics, dark stores, or high-turnover environments. * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets. * Experience in mass recruitment and end-to-end HR operations. * Ability to work under pressure, urgency, and constant change. **What We’re Looking For In You** * You think with data and execute with speed. * You lead with clarity and raise the bar for your team. * You thrive in chaotic, rapidly changing, and high-growth environments. * You possess sound judgment, common sense, and a “how yes” mindset. * You are strategic—but unhesitant to dive into operations when needed. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: **MXN $40,000 monthly** (paid biweekly). * Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–14:00. * Statutory benefits. * BBVA SGMM (individual). * Total Pass membership. * **4 mental health days per year**. * Real career growth within an expanding startup.
