We are committed to responsible, clean, and intelligent mobility! **What are we looking for?** We seek to ensure the proper functioning of the charging center by supervising the efficient use of chargers, as well as the receipt and delivery of electric vehicles and monitoring all operational team activities. **What will be your mission?** Supervise HUB operations during your assigned shift to coordinate and follow up with operational staff providing support and assistance to drivers. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring proper vehicle receipt and delivery during your shift * Tracking the cleaning schedule * Supervising the vehicle washing assistants team to ensure adherence to established washing standards * Coordinating and supervising the Driver Leads team * Preparing operational reports **Basic Requirements:** * Ability to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles * Valid driver's license * Educational level: Completed high school or completed technical program * Residence no more than 1.5 hours from the HUB center **Desirable Requirements:** * Basic mechanical knowledge * Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety rules for the State of Mexico (EDOMEX) and Mexico City (CDMX) * Experience driving electric and standard transmission vehicles * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills * Intermediate Excel skills **Key Skills:** * Working under pressure * Document control and traceability * Accurate monitoring of vehicle charging * Effective communication **We Offer** * Base salary of $16,000 gross per month (paid biweekly) * Punctuality and attendance bonus of $4,000 per month * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers equivalent to 9% of salary * Rotating shifts: Morning, afternoon, or night * Two rotating rest days **Work Location** * ALEPH (across from Dr. Gálvez Metrobus station) **Shift availability and rotation required** **Why VEMO?** At VEMO, we take pride in being an equal-opportunity employer.
