




**Human Resources Coordinator** **Primary Focus:** Private Security Recruitment **Work Location:** Toreo ***Job Objective*** Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes, with priority on the **operational recruitment of private security guards**, ensuring full staffing coverage, proper personnel administration, and consistent support for operational staff—aligned with the operational department’s needs. ***Experience*** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Manager, or Recruitment Supervisor. * Mandatory experience in private security companies. * Demonstrable expertise in mass recruitment and operational profiles. ***Functions and Responsibilities*** **Recruitment and Selection** * Execute and coordinate the **operational recruitment of security guards** as the top-priority function. * Conduct mass recruitment and field-based recruitment as required. * Screen, interview, and select candidates according to operational profiles. * Monitor and manage the hiring and onboarding process. **Operational Staff Support** * Provide continuous support and service to operational staff. * Channel incidents, clarifications, and staff needs. * Maintain effective and firm communication with employees. **Human Resources Administration** * Manage general HR processes. * Maintain and update physical and digital personnel files. * Handle labor and administrative documentation. * Prepare and manage payroll pre-processing. * Track incidents and personnel movements. **Coordination and Operations** * Maintain continuous coordination with the operations department to ensure **full staffing coverage**. * Support decision-making related to operational staff. * Participate in resolving complex situations between HR and operations. **Metrics and Reporting** * Prepare and monitor HR reports. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover, staffing coverage, and absenteeism. * Manage databases and generate reports in Excel. **Separations** * Manage termination and separation processes in compliance with applicable law. * Ensure proper administrative and documentary closure for departing employees. **Technical Knowledge** * Full recruitment and selection processes. * Human Resources administration. * Payroll pre-processing and personnel file management. * Report and KPI development. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency**. **Competencies and Skills** * Strong organizational ability. * High frustration tolerance and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication. * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Firm and assertive demeanor for managing complex situations. * Ability to coordinate effectively with operations leaders. ***We Offer*** * Salary: $16,000 MXN monthly (net). * Biweekly payment: on the 15th and 30th/31st of each month. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays, as operationally required.
