Description **General Job Description** Responsible for executing administrative activities related to personnel management, supporting the Human Resources department in implementing recruitment and selection strategies. In charge of document management, tracking hiring, training, and staffing processes, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies in assigned regions. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement recruitment and selection processes to ensure fully staffed teams across various regions of the State of Puebla and Mexico City. * Identify and recruit candidates through databases, job boards, and various talent attraction channels. * Collect and verify applicant documentation. * Track hiring processes, contract signing, and onboarding of new employees. * Ensure personnel receive appropriate training according to their position and region. * Prepare and maintain an updated overall staffing roster. * Conduct site visits to units to supervise proper functioning of the area. * Track training progress by region. * Manage and archive performance evaluations per employee, based on sales indicators and workplace environment. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. **Minimum Education** * Psychology, Business Administration, or related field: current student or recent graduate. **Required Profile** * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to handle confidential documentation. * Effective communication skills. * Proactivity and follow-up capability. * Willingness to work in the field (unit visits). * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
