Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Safety Officer to supervise safety and hygiene conditions, verify regulatory compliance, and train personnel on the proper use of PPE. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise safety and hygiene conditions at construction sites 2. Verify compliance with STPS regulations and internal policies 3. Train personnel on the proper use of PPE **Key Qualifications** **Education:** Technical or professional degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, Construction, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** 3 years working on-site or in the field as a Safety Officer. **Responsibilities** * Supervise safety and hygiene conditions at construction sites. * Verify compliance with STPS regulations and internal policies. * Train personnel on the proper use of PPE. * Prepare and manage client safety files. * Administer documentation (DC\-3, IMSS, IDSE, SUA). * Support site inspections, meetings, and project handovers. * Maintain direct coordination with the site manager. **Requirements** * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, PPE, and document management. * Proficiency with official platforms: IDSE, SUA, IMSS. * Ability to interact directly with clients and provide on-site support. * Capacity for self-management and working under pressure. * Availability for flexible hours and mobility within El Salto. * **Certifications:** Current STPS regulations, DC\-3, IMSS/IDSE/SUA documentation handling (preferred). **Employment Type:** Full-time (project-based, 4–5 months) **Benefits** * Project-based contract with statutory benefits during the term. * Potential consideration for future projects. **Work Schedule** * Day shift * 8-hour shifts (subject to project requirements) Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 2 weeks Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service Application Question(s): * Are you fully available from July 11 to July 25? * Do you have up-to-date knowledge of STPS regulations and PPE? * Do you have experience as a Safety Officer on construction sites or in the field?
