Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee comprehensive inventory management, goods receipt, organization, distribution, and control of incoming and outgoing shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory control 2. Responsible for goods receipt and distribution 3. Audit of unit loading and unloading Commercial company distributing various products **Hiring: Warehouse Manager** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–13:00 hrs Work location: Col. Mexico Nuevo, Atizapán de Zaragoza Education level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or incomplete degree Important: Candidates must reside within a maximum 60-minute commute from the work location. **Required Experience:** Daily reconciliation of logical vs. physical inventory, reporting and resolving any system discrepancies. Audit of unit loading and unloading. Material inbound and outbound transactions. Immediately report and resolve any warehouse discrepancies occurring during the day; do not leave until the discrepancy is resolved in the system. Report all warehouse discrepancies to General Management at all times. Receive, organize, and distribute goods. Receipt vs. Purchase Order (P.O.) verification and inspection of goods against specifications and quality requirements stated in the P.O. Full responsibility for monthly physical vs. logical inventory closing—ensuring completion without time constraints; including thorough analysis of warehouse discrepancies and inventory adjustments. Responsibility for delivering raw materials to production. Validate production closure delivery orders. Report shortages and overages per production order, warehouse inbound, and warehouse outbound. **Proficiency in Aspel SAE and PROD or other Warehouse Management Systems** **Intermediate Excel skills** **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Salary: $14,000–$15,000 NET (non-negotiable) Hybrid employment arrangement Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Questions: * How old are you? * The salary is capped at $15,000 NET (non-negotiable); would this be acceptable? * The employment arrangement is hybrid and non-negotiable; would this be acceptable?
