We are looking for a **Reception Supervisor** to lead the multi-clinic reception team (5 clinics), develop formal training, audit operational processes, standardize operations across locations, and provide operational coverage (jumper) as needed. **The role is 100% on-site with mobility among the 5 Plenna clinics**. The position requires availability to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts according to operational needs. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the reception team across all Plenna clinics * Evaluate performance, provide continuous feedback, and create improvement plans * Design and deliver formal training for receptionists * Develop and update manuals, processes, and training materials * Audit reception processes (scheduling, billing, invoicing, petty cash, documentation) * Analyze performance metrics and propose operational improvements * Standardize processes and ensure a consistent patient experience * Generate executive reports and dashboards for Operations Management * Provide operational coverage (jumper) at clinics as needed * Support new clinic openings and cover critical shifts when required **Requirements:** * Prior experience supervising multi-location operational or reception teams * Experience in training, performance evaluation, and process improvement * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (KPI analysis, reporting, and dashboards) * Experience in operational auditing and process standardization * Proficiency with scheduling and billing systems (preferred: Huli and Odoo) * Strong organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills * Availability to travel between clinics and cover operations as required * Data-driven mindset, commitment to continuous improvement, and patient experience focus **We Offer:** - Monthly gross salary between $14,700 and $15,200 - Benefits exceeding legal requirements - Growth opportunity as part of the Plenna team - The chance to join an innovative solution offering a unique, comprehensive approach to women’s health **Multi-location Area: You will rotate among our 5 clinics (Del Valle, San Ángel, Coapa, Polanco, and Satélite)** **Apply through this channel or send a WhatsApp message to 55 1469 4166** Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $14,700.00 – $15,200.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
