**BHT RAC Analyst – Transform Project Management at Ipsos** In RAC BHT (Research Advisory & Change), we are seeking an Analyst to lead end-to-end project operations and challenge the status quo. Your mission: transform project management to drive Ipsos’ growth and our clients’ success, embodying our pillars: Project Management, Research Advisory, Efficiency & Optimization, and Learning Generation. **Your Impact** * Ensure projects are delivered on time, on spec, and on quality, owning project coordination, governance, and key gates. * Serve as the liaison between Client Service, operational teams, and global expertise teams. * Advise Client Service and operations on optimal use of Ipsos BHT’s methodological assets. Implement actions that increase efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate quality. * **What You Need** * 18+ months as an L7 Analyst (or equivalent) in quantitative project management. * Mastery of the end-to-end process and CAWI/CASI methodologies. * Technical questionnaire design (scales, logic, filters, RU/RM, labels). * Solid foundations in databases and data reading/interpretation. * Impeccable organization, clear communication, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Curiosity to discover new ways of doing things.
