Position: Warehouse Supervisor A growing company is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with solid experience in operations, inventory control, and operational staff supervision, focused on ensuring proper warehouse functioning, inventory accuracy, and adherence to operational processes. JOB OBJECTIVE: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring correct inbound and outbound merchandise flow, inventory control and administration, as well as compliance with operational, organizational, and safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes * Ensure accurate system recording of inbound and outbound transactions * Guarantee physical inventory vs. system inventory accuracy * Coordinate cyclic inventories and physical counts * Supervise and manage warehouse operational staff * Track incidents, inventory discrepancies, and adjustments * Control shrinkage and merchandise movements * Verify compliance with operational processes and policies * Optimize space, material arrangement, and internal material flow within the warehouse * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within operations REQUIREMENTS ✔ Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field ✔ 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouses or logistics operations ✔ Experience managing operational staff ✔ Experience in inventory control and administration ✔ Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO ✔ Experience conducting cyclic inventories and physical counts ✔ Experience using ERP or inventory control systems ✔ Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting KNOWLEDGE: Inventory control and reconciliation Receiving, storage, and picking processes Performance indicators (KPIs) Shrinkage and inventory discrepancy control Warehouse best practices and operational safety Team management and supervision Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
