Position Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator to maintain optimal conditions of equipment and service facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plant infrastructure maintenance coordination 2. Management of critical systems: hydrosanitary, fire protection, electrical 3. Environmental management and waste handling **Infrastructure Coordinator** **We are looking for:** Bachelor's or Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering degree, or related field. 2–3 years of personnel management experience Schedule management skills 2 years of construction supervision experience (preferred) **Required Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Knowledge of hydrosanitary installations (sanitary and storm drainage) Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic installations Knowledge of air conditioning systems Knowledge of civil works, structures, and façades Knowledge of lighting systems Knowledge of fire protection systems Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) ISO 14001:2015 standard Handling and classification of hazardous and non-hazardous waste Waste segregation Environmental management system. **Responsibilities:** **Reading Manuals and Procedures** Coordinate all activities related to plant infrastructure maintenance, including the hydrosanitary network (storm and sanitary drainage), fire protection system network, gas supply, office cargo elevator, and all auxiliary plant equipment in general, to ensure optimal operating conditions of equipment and service facilities. **We Offer:** $15,000 gross monthly salary Savings fund: 7% Year-end bonus: 30 days Life insurance Biweekly payroll Direct employment by the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Work Location:** **Near C5, along Boulevard Aeropuerto** Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Construction supervision: 2 years (preferred) * Personnel supervision: 2 years (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
