Responsible for managing human, material, and financial resources assigned by the company, consistently guaranteeing the ZOOMMOTOS customer purchase experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure 100% achievement of the sales target for the agency under your management. * Ensure consistent foot traffic to the agency through prospecting supported by social media. * Deliver outstanding customer service. * Properly safeguard and manage human, material, and financial resources assigned by the company. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years in managerial positions. * Minimum 5 years in sales. * Minimum 3 years managing marketplaces and other digital platforms. * Minimum 5 years in customer service. * Passion for motorcycles. * Preferred education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree (Administrative or Engineering fields). * Flexible availability for work hours. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary + uncapped commissions. * Complimentary uniforms. * Option for indefinite-term employment contract. * Career advancement opportunities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM. * Sunday: 10:45 AM – 5:00 PM. * One day off between Monday and Thursday each week.
