Experience in (Green Areas, Irrigation, and Maintenance) of at least 3 verifiable years. 1\. Coordination and Leadership * Lead and coordinate zone supervisors in green area design, installation, and maintenance projects. * Assign zones, work fronts, and crews according to the scope of each project. * Ensure proper communication among supervisors, operational staff, and management. 2\. Construction Supervision and Maintenance * Verify that landscaping, gardening, and irrigation works are carried out in accordance with plans, designs, and technical specifications. * Supervise the correct installation of irrigation systems (sprinkler, drip, automation, valves, and controllers). * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for green areas. 3\. Quality Control * Guarantee quality in planting, pruning, fertilization, phytosanitary control, and tree conservation. * Review proper use of materials: plants, substrates, fertilizers, pipes, and irrigation equipment. * Identify deviations and implement timely corrective actions. 4\. Planning and Monitoring * Support the development of work programs, schedules, and supervision routes. * Track physical progress of projects and report status to management. * Coordinate project kick-offs, partial deliveries, and final deliveries. 5\. Resource Management * Supervise the efficient use of personnel, machinery, tools, and supplies. * Support material requisition and control for irrigation and gardening. * Verify that personnel have the necessary equipment to carry out their activities. 6\. Safety and Compliance * Ensure compliance with field safety and hygiene standards. * Verify use of PPE by supervisors and crews. * Prevent risks during pruning, excavation, irrigation installation, and maintenance activities. 7\. Reporting and Documentation * Receive, review, and validate daily and weekly reports from supervisors. * Prepare consolidated reports on progress, incidents, and requirements. * Support documentation for project handovers and maintenance contracts. 8\. Customer Service and External Coordination * Support customer, developer, or property management interactions. * Follow up on observations and warranties related to green areas and irrigation systems. * Coordinate with other departments such as design, procurement, and administration.
