




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the administrative and operational management of high-end restaurants to ensure standards, profitability, and excellence in the fine dining experience. Supervise compliance with operational and financial standards Supervise, coordinate, and follow up on the administrative and operational management of high-end restaurant units, ensuring compliance with financial, operational, service, and internal control standards, with a focus on profitability, excellence, and consistency in the fine dining experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the performance of Managers for each unit. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Monitor financial indicators: sales, costs, expenses, profit, average ticket, and productivity. * Analyze income statements and propose corrective actions. * Validate budgets, purchases, inventories, and waste control. * Ensure proper handling of cash, cash counts, and deposits. * Supervise payroll, attendance incidents, and staffing control in coordination with HR. * Follow up on operational and administrative audits. * Coordinate process standardization across units. * Identify areas for improvement and resource optimization. * Supervise compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements (health, labor, and tax). * Support Managers in resolving critical incidents. * Implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. * Generate executive reports for Management. * Coordinate openings, operational changes, or special projects. * Ensure effective communication among Operations, Finance, and Corporate. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Administrative Gastronomy, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in high-end restaurant or premium hospitality administration. * Experience supervising multiple units or administrative teams. * Experience in financial analysis and budgetary control. **Knowledge** * Fine dining restaurant administration * Interpretation of financial statements * Food and beverage costing and control * Inventory and supply chain management * Applicable labor and health legislation * Hospitality ERP and POS systems * Internal auditing and cash control * Operational strategic planning We offer: Base salary Statutory benefits Bonus Meals Info 5536646973 with Andrea Valdez Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
