Comprehensive management of restaurant operations We seek a Restaurant Manager with experience in restaurant operations and administration, focused on cost control, staff management, and excellence in customer service. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates correctly and meets operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations (kitchen, bar, and dining area). Monitor income, expenses, cash reconciliation, and invoicing. Manage inventory, procurement, and suppliers. Coordinate and supervise staff (roles, incidents, and performance). Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs. Handle and follow up on customer complaints and satisfaction. Prepare administrative and operational reports. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or administrator. Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and cash handling. Experience managing operational staff. Basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems.
