




Position Summary: Strategically manages procurement, negotiates with suppliers, and controls the supply chain to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply. Key Highlights: 1. Designs and implements the business's procurement strategy. **Position Objective:** Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of goods and services required for organizational operations through strategic procurement management, supplier negotiation, and supply chain control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement a procurement strategy aligned with business objectives. * Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure availability and cost efficiency. * Negotiate commercial terms (price, quality, delivery times, contracts) with suppliers. * Develop and evaluate suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards. * Control procurement budgets and generate sustainable savings. * Supervise inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) for the department (savings, inventory turnover, delivery times, etc.). * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and audits. * Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, warehouse) to align requirements and processes. * Lead and develop the procurement and logistics team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, or related field. * Master’s degree or specialization in Supply Chain or Procurement is desirable. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in strategic negotiation and supplier management. * Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel. **Key Competencies:** * Negotiation and strategic thinking * Financial analysis and results orientation * Leadership and team development * Planning and organization * Decision-making * Effective communication **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Savings generated vs. budget * Supplier service level * Inventory turnover * On-time delivery compliance * Reduction in logistics costs Apply now!
