We are **\#TeamJOI!** We are pioneers of the Dollar Store concept in Mexico, offering an accessible and simple shopping experience with products ranging from essentials to innovative items. **POSITION: STORE MANAGER, CDMX** **LOCATION: CDMX** **What Will You Do Daily?** As Store Manager, you will carry out various activities to keep the store immaculate and ready to welcome our customers, as well as supervise and guide a work team to achieve results. **Your main responsibilities will include:** · Assign and supervise staff work plans according to established goals. · Provide and promote outstanding customer service by offering assistance or sales on the sales floor, as well as addressing customer feedback or recommendations. · Process product payments at checkout counters and perform cash register closings. · Carry out and supervise sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise arrangement, shelf and product cleaning, and maintenance and cleaning of common areas. · Supervise and conduct store opening or closing procedures. · Unload products arriving from the Distribution Center. · Monitor achievement of store objectives and develop action plans for improvement. · Perform administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, delivering funds, entering merchandise into the system, and managing and controlling shrinkage. · Perform personnel management tasks such as creating schedules, reporting payroll incidents, welcoming new hires, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, etc. · Be a leader in complying with company policies and processes; be a role model of discipline. **What Are We Looking For In You?** At JOI, work is highly dynamic; our daily routine is very active—you will always have tasks to complete.
