**Logistics Operations Manager** **Job Description** As Logistics Operations Manager at Giconsa, you will effectively lead the freight business unit; collaborate on planning and be accountable for departmental goals; comprehensively develop your team; and help grow organizational business opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and coordinate the delivery and receipt of incoming and outgoing goods. * Perform procurement functions based on forecasting and demand. * Ensure profitable and efficient operations through resource and personnel planning. * Plan and ensure achievement of all KPIs, primarily on-time deliveries. * Develop suppliers. * Attract new customers and retain existing ones. * Manage projects. * Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, executives, peers, subordinates, and other departments. * Organizational development, coaching, and evaluation of the Logistics team. * Documentation, implementation, and improvement of processes. * Compliance with Mexican and U.S. government regulations (SCT and FMCSA, respectively). **Experience** 5 years in any of the following fields: * Proven experience integrating processes using TMS * Experience in perishable goods supply chain preferred * Logistics, * Supply chain, * Customs, * Transportation and/or * Related fields Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * Proven experience integrating processes using TMS * Minimum 5 years’ experience level Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
