We are currently hiring! Join the **Quálitas** team as a **GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** Work location: San Jerónimo, Álvaro Obregón **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Verify the functionality of office air conditioning equipment. 2\. Inspect and perform preventive and corrective repairs on hydrosanitary installations (bathrooms, sinks, drainage) and gas systems. 3\. Carry out preventive-corrective maintenance tasks both inside and outside the facilities (painting, masonry, waterproofing, drywall, furniture repair, etc.) 4\. Inspect electrical installations, replacing burnt-out light fixtures and checking the functionality of outlets. 5\. Perform locksmithing tasks, including key duplication, lock cylinder replacement, and drawer unlocking upon user request. 6\.
