




**Responsibilities:** * Supervise the entire team: kitchen, bar, servers, cleaning, and operational support. * Ensure compliance with quality standards for food, beverages, and service. * Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and attendance. * Staff recruitment. * Place weekly orders and manage inventory of supplies and products. * Verify adherence to opening and closing procedures according to the daily checklist. * Resolve operational issues or customer complaints in real time. * Review and report daily cash reconciliations, income, and expenses. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and safety protocols. * Monitor proper use of resources (electricity, water, gas, supplies, etc.). * Support ongoing team training and foster a positive work environment. * Submit weekly performance reports of the branch to senior management. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as manager or assistant manager in restaurants or food businesses (minimum 3 years). * Leadership, initiative, and decision-making ability. * Excellent service attitude and conflict resolution skills. * Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, cost control, and cash handling. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Recruitment experience within work teams.
