Excellent work environment **Job Description:** At Hotel Volga, we seek a highly analytical and organized Cost Analyst responsible for ensuring control, recording, and optimization of the hotel’s operational costs, primarily in the Food and Beverage area. This position is critical to strategic decision-making and achieving the operation’s financial objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and analyze operational costs, especially in F\&B. * Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and profitability reports. * Supervise physical inventories and periodic reconciliations. * Validate warehouse receipts and issuances. * Review standard recipes, yields, and shrinkage. * Identify variances and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations to ensure efficient processes. * Participate in monthly cost-related accounting closings. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis, preferably in hospitality or restaurants. * Knowledge of inventory control and F\&B costing. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with ERP or PMS systems (preferred). * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Organizational skills and ability to follow up. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth within the group * Excellent work environment **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Integrity and reliability * Teamwork * Effective communication * Results orientation Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
