Personalized attention to key customers Leading LATAM company with 50 years in the market, specialists in equipment for the Food Industry, is seeking: **COMMERCIAL MANAGER \- REFRIGERATION LINE.** **Location:** Mexico City. **Key Responsibilities.** * Preferably knowledge of refrigeration or freezing lines. * Weekly tracking of sales quotas across all regions. * Supervision of compliance with commercial visits in different cities. * Assignment of territories to Commercial Advisors and review of their performance. * Coordination and continuous feedback with Commercial Executives. * Authorization and control of expenses related to business travel. * Design of strategies to improve the productivity of field advisors. * Personalized attention to key customers and achievement of personal sales quotas. * Constant motivation and support for the sales force. * Technical advisory on our equipment. * Resolution of customer complaints and feedback to the corresponding team. * Inventory analysis and generation of purchase orders. * DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRY: HORECA, FOOD. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or Food Engineering.
