Development in industrial and building maintenance WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENT LIKE YOU AS AN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities include: * Implementing maintenance plans for plant equipment and facilities. * Controlling the use of materials and spare parts for plant maintenance. * Directly performing troubleshooting activities related to machinery and plant equipment failures (preventive and corrective maintenance, adjustments, installation). * Monitoring UPS systems, taking measurements, and providing first aid in emergencies. * Knowledge of safe work practices under STPS regulations and proper use of PPE; installing, inspecting, replacing, or repairing electrical wiring, switch boxes, conductors, lighting fixtures, and other components. * Knowledge of building maintenance (wall patching, painting, masonry, drywall, flooring). * Supervising external vendors performing corrective or preventive services. * Procuring spare parts, materials, and supplies, seeking the best cost-benefit alternatives from current vendors.
