As the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all activities related to system management and information technology within our organization. Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all clinic information systems, ensuring their proper operation and maintenance. * Implement and update necessary technological solutions to optimize internal processes and improve communication among different departments. * Monitor and resolve technical issues, maintaining system quality and efficiency. * Ensure information security and patient data protection, guaranteeing compliance with established standards and regulations. * Collaborate closely with various teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions. * Stay current with the latest trends and technological advancements in healthcare and apply them at Centro de la Columna Vertebral. * Vendor interaction * Email account creation and email configuration * Technical support levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 * Report generation Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience managing information systems in healthcare environments. * Problem-solving skills and leadership ability. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Proactive, results-oriented attitude. * Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. * Commitment to information confidentiality and ethical standards. * Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux * Proficiency with TeamViewer and AnyDesk * Backup of computers and servers Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Centro de la Columna Vertebral.
