Job Summary: Odellā is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and analyze accounting accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements We are Odellā, an international company specializing in the distribution and marketing of high-end medical equipment, aesthetic treatments, and dermatocosmetic products with global recognition. **We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Record and classify financial transactions—including revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial events—ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures. * Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between accounting records and bank statements, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Assist in preparing periodic financial statements—including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements—in accordance with applicable accounting principles and financial standards. * Analyze specific accounting accounts to identify trends, variances, and anomalies, and prepare detailed reports to support financial decision-making. * Maintain accurate fixed asset records—including depreciation, amortization, and asset disposal—in accordance with established accounting procedures. **Requirements:** * Excellent attitude, organization, management, follow-up, and orderliness. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Flexible working hours. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, database functions). * Knowledge of Dynamics or another ERP system. **What We Offer:** * 12 vacation days * 15 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation premium * 10% restaurant vouchers (capped) * 10% grocery vouchers (capped) * 10% savings fund (capped) * 50–75% discount on products and treatments (Family & Friends) * 2 monthly sessions with a psychologist * 1 monthly session with a nutritionist * 24/7 telemedicine * 1 annual dental cleaning **Work Location: Polanco, "Ejercito Nacional 381".** **On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
