Position Summary: We are seeking a narrative-minded editor for video projects—from pre-production through final delivery—integrating generative AI and collaborating on creative concepts. Collaboration in developing concepts and formats. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** An editor who does more than cut clips—they think narratively from the very beginning. Someone who understands that both a 15-second ad and a 30-minute documentary share the same central challenge: What story are you telling, and why should someone keep watching? **RESPONSIBILITIES** – Support video projects from pre-production (structure, technical script, shoot planning) through final delivery. – Edit content for social media and digital ads with narrative and visual intention. – Seamlessly and creatively integrate generative AI tools into the editing workflow. – Collaborate with the creative team on concept and format development. **REQUIREMENTS** – Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. – Proven experience editing for social media and digital ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). – Keen sense of storytelling: pacing, tension, payoff. – In-depth knowledge of AI-powered video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, or equivalents). – Ability to craft effective prompts—not blindly, but with clear intent. – Capacity to conceptualize an entire project: pre-, production, and post. **PREFERRED** *Writing ability: scripts, concepts, copy. If you can write what you’ll later edit, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.* **THE HUMAN PROFILE** Curious, autonomous, with a distinct aesthetic sensibility. We don’t need someone who follows instructions to the letter—we need someone who brings ideas to the table and knows how to defend them. Someone who feels pain at a poor edit.
